The number of participants who can attend the Meeting with physical presence has already been reached. If you have been notified to participate with physical presence/in person you must register on the Meeting’s website before your arrival at the Meeting’s venue and receive a QR code, which you will be asked to demonstrate at the Acropolis Museum’s Auditorium.

All participants, either they attend the Meeting with physical presence or online, are required to register online. On the days you choose to attend online, you must log in via the Meeting’s website.

If you have been notified for online attendance of the Meeting, you have to register online through the Meeting’s website by clicking the REGISTER button. During the registration you will be asked to fill in an entry form, where you must declare your email address and a password. The email address that you use should be the same as the one to which the invitation to the Meeting has been sent. After completing your registration you will receive a confirmation message and thereafter you will be able to attend the Meeting by clicking the Online Registered Participants button.

All registered participants can submit written questions to the speakers on Thursday 11.11.2021 and Friday 12.11.2021. The exact times for submitting the questions are mentioned in the Meeting’s Programme. Those interested should fill in a form that they will find posted on the Meeting’s website. The answers to all the written questions will be given on Saturday 13.11.2021 according to the Programme of the Meeting.

All registered participants can apply for a brief intervention on the topics of the Meeting during the discussion that will take place on Saturday 13.11.2021, according to the Programme of the Meeting. Those who are interested should submit a form that they will find posted on the Meeting’s website on Friday 12.11.2021, during the afternoon session (17.300-18.30).To participate in the discussion of the Meeting, one has to download and install the Zoom app.  

Only the participants who attend the Meeting in person can participate in the scheduled visit to the Acropolis, on Friday 12.11.2021(9.00-12.00). More information will be given to them at the end of the first day of the Meeting, on Thursday 11.11.2021. Those who attend the meeting online will have the chance to sign up to one of the visits that will be scheduled soon after the Meeting. 

The languages of the Meeting are Greek and English. There will be simultaneous interpretation from one language to another during the Meeting.
